Will you help equip our Training Academy with an Aircrew Simulator?
When our crews are called into action, they are confronted with the most challenging situations—and how they respond can have life or death consequences. So training is everything. But right now, our crews often have no option but to train in real helicopters.
Which means that, for safety reasons, they can’t practice the toughest procedures—like winching, when a patient is stranded in an inaccessible place, so they need to be attached to a cable and lifted into a helicopter hovering above. And our crews can’t get experience of the harshest conditions—high winds, heavy rain or lightning storms.
That’s why we need to raise $150,000 to purchase an Aircrew Simulator for our Training Academy. Please will you help by giving a gift, so our crews can perfect all the skills they need for their lifesaving missions?
Using virtual reality, the Aircrew Simulator can replicate the most dangerous conditions and procedures. By enabling our crews to train with this revolutionary equipment, you can make sure that they are prepared to do whatever it takes to save lives. Thank you.
